Supervisor Performance Evaluation is done to assess the performance of the supervisor. It helps in finding out as to efficiently the supervisor is handling his team and the other tasks assigned to him/ her. It helps in finding out the training requirements of this personnel and whether he is ready to be promoted or needs to be demoted.
