Standard Employee Evaluation

Standard employee evaluation is the general assessment and evaluation of employees in any company or office, to keep a general track of the employee’s performance record. It is done with the aid of questionnaire and form filling, which is filled by both the employer and an employee, and the evaluation, is done thereafter.
