Self Employee Evaluation


Self employee evaluation is the method when the employee is given a set of questionnaire and he or she has to answer them by themselves. This is an extremely useful technique of employee evaluation as the employer gets a completely subjective response from the employee. The employee is supposed to rate and answer the questions on which the assessment is made.

Sample Self Employee Evaluation:

Company name: Radiant textile Pvt. Ltd.

Employee’s name: Mr. Robert Bates.

Employee’s Job position: Assistant Clerk.

Date of submission: 10th of January, 2011.

All information has to be filled up by the employee. No field is to be left vacant.

    • It is average like the rest.
    • It lacks work culture.

    • The company has no regards for your opinion
