Sales Rep Evaluation

The sales rep evaluation is a commonly used process through which the sales manager determines the effectiveness of the sales representative’s performance within the company. This is conducted at regular intervals especially towards the beginning of the business year. This type of evaluation is an arduous process but necessary to reach the sales and marketing goals set by the company. While conduction this, the sales manager combines both face-to-face as well as written questionnaire for the evaluation. The main aim is to see whether the sales reps are meeting the expectations of the company and also enable the company to take steps to rectify and improve the situations. This builds confidence for the sales rep as well as sales manager in the ability to be a model salesperson for the company.
