Restaurant Employee Evaluation


A restaurant employee evaluation is conducted to assess and evaluate the performance and work of a restaurant employee, in his or her respective department. It is done in order to know the strength and weaknesses of the employees working in a restaurant and address their needs and grievances, to create a better working atmosphere.

Sample Restaurant Employee Evaluation:

Restaurant name: Golden Spoon restaurant.

Name of the employee: William Bates.

Position of the employee: Chef Supervisor.

Date: 5th of January, 2010.

The following questions are to be filled up by the employee:
