Performance Review Evaluation


The performance review evaluation is a strategic method which companies employ to assess an individual or a department’s performance with regards to a project or a general assessment of the job. This is done in order to provide proper feedback to the employees about the necessary change and improvements that need to be made and also identify and solve the problematic areas that hinder individual and overall business progress.
