Job Evaluation Questionnaire


Job evaluation questionnaire refers to the list of questions asked by the HR or management to the employees in order to find out more about a particular job in an organization. Instead of focusing on the performance of the person designated to that position, a job evaluation questionnaire asks questions which aims to analyses the duties and functions of the job itself so that the value of the different posts can be examined. These questions helps one know how important a job is and how it contributes towards the organization. The skills and qualifications required by a person at the post are also analyzed.
