  1. Does the job description properly explain the responsibilities and duties of the job? Yes/ No.
  2. Do the responsibilities and duties described fit the requirements adequately? Yes/ No.
  3. Do the responsibilities and duties properly project the scope of the job? Yes/ No.

  2. Is the pay package mentioned sufficient to retain talented people in the job? Yes/ No.
