Executive Performance Evaluation


The executive performance evaluation refers to a process through which executives within a company are evaluated for the purpose of noting their performance thus and incorporating changes wherever necessary. This is a necessary step since the effectiveness of executives also ensures proper work management of the employees under them. The evaluation must address important aspects of the executive’s jobs which largely involves mediating between the employees of the company and the Board of Directors.
