Employee Evaluation


Employee evaluation is very important for the purpose of performance analysis of an employee. It is mandatory for understanding the key areas in an organization that are instrumental for the organizational profitability in correlation to employees’ individual performance. Apart from this employee evaluation can bridge the gap between the skills that an employee possesses and the job profile in a perfect manner.

The other uses of employee evaluation are analysis of employee’s strengths and weaknesses, providing training and development, attaining performance goals and lastly recognition to the employees on the basis of individual performance evaluation. The employee evaluation is undertaken by the immediate reporting superior of the employee.
